The following terms of use apply to the web pages, at the following URLs http://www.honico.de, http://www.honico.com and http://www.honico.ch as well as all corresponding services operated by HONICO Holding GmbH and our subsidiaries (from now on called HONICO), represented by the managing director, Hans-Henny-Jahnn-Weg 51, 22085 Hamburg

Author and other property rights
All contents contained on these web pages, in particular designs, web pages, programs, diagrams, illustrations, audio, video, scripts, coding, photographs and text, represent the intellectual property (© 1998-2008) of HONICO. All rights reserved. In case of any doubt, all contents of the web pages, including the interface design are legally protected. All contents may only be reviewed, copied, printed out and distributed for informational(non-commercial) purposes. All copies must contain a copyright reference to HONICO. References to protected rights may not be removed. Commercial and/or public use of the content is not permitted.

Trademark Rights
The logos and brand names, specified on the HONICO sites, in particular AccountMan®, DLC® - DynamicLicenseControl®, BatchMan® and HelpMan® are registered or not registered trademarks of HONICO or one of their licensers. The software products offered by HONICO or their selling companies can contain software components from other manufacturers.
SAP® marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP® AG, located in Germany and many other countries.

No License
Without written permission from HONICO or their respective licensers no license or any other right of using content provided on the HONICO website is given. Any abusive use of material is forbidden and HONICO will pursue legal action in such cases.

User Behavior
As users of the HONICO websites you are obligated to comply with the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
User activities which aim to disable the functionality of the HONICO web page or make it more difficult are forbidden. In such cases, civil and criminal legal action may be pursued.
The HONICO web page (and included services) may not be used for illegal purposes. In particular it is forbidden, to submit personal data of a third party without their knowledge and expressed consent.

Liability
As users you are personally responsible for all of your activities on and in connection with the HONICO websites. Parents and/or legal guardians are liable for their children. HONICO strives to uphold diligent servicing and maintenance of its websites. HONICO however does not ensure that their websites are accessible at any time. Furthermore HONICO does not confirm that their websites are error free and up to date. HONICO is only liable for its auxiliary personnel and/or legal representatives if they conduct deliberate or grossly negligent behavior. In case of simple negligence HONICO is only liable if basic obligations of the contract are impinged by HONICO or their auxiliary personnel and/or legal representatives. In this case HONICO (and/or their auxiliary personnel and legal representatives) is clear of liability for financial damages regarding indirect damage, particularly consequential harm caused by a defect, unforeseeable damages or untypical damages as well as lost earnings.
A legally prescribed no fault liability insurance for HONICO, in particular a legal liability guarantee, remains intact from the managing restriction of liability. The same applies for the liability of HONICO regarding culpable injury of lives, bodies or health.
The proceeding liability regulations cover all contractual and non-contractual requirements, which result from these agreements and/or the use of the HONICO websites.

Liability for Links
Links to other websites are contained on the HONICO website. The contents of these websites are either, not administrated and/or not owned by HONICO. These links only concern references to other suppliers, who are responsible for their own internet presence. HONICO is not liable for the correctness or the contents of the websites, that can be reached from the HONICO site. The respective websites (linked to HONICO) were examined for possible offenses when the links were created. Permanent content control of the linked sites is not possible or reasonable without concrete evidence pointing to illegal activity.

Changes / Updates
HONICO reserves the right to change the terms of use, the contents and the structure of the HONICO websites at any time. It also has the right to create new and/or adjust older offers and services(that are subject to a fee).

Miscellaneous
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The use of UN sales law and international private law is barred. The area of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
