HONICO Holding GmbH and its affiliates respect the privacy of visitors of the HONICO website.  We always process your data in accordance with the law. This includes the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG). Our privacy policy regulates, which information HONICO surveys, saves and processes further. You can also find out how to examine the correctness of the personal data which we store about you and how this data can be saved, deleted or updated in our database. HONICO reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. All significant changes will be displayed on our website for your reference.

Collection of personal data
None of your personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, E-Mail address) are stored by visiting our website. Only data concerning the contact form, registration (given voluntarily by you) of a WebEx session or by the information automatically gathered by Cookies is collected (see section below).

Use of your personal data
HONICO stores your personal data and uses it, in order to contact you, e.g. to send materials and answer questions regarding: products, service or promotional materials, other HONICO documentation and other enterprises connected with the HONICO Group.
HONICO will only share your personal data with a third party after receiving expressed consent from you. External service providers, which processes data for us are contractually obligated to follow the Federal laws for data protection. Therefore, they do not legally qualify as a third party. It is forbidden for service providers to use your data for uses other than its original purpose. Personal data, in connection with job applications or speculative applications, is used only for placement purposes and for further internal use. This data is only accessible to those people in HONICO involved with personnel.

Your Data Privacy Rights
You determine how HONICO should proceed with your data. You can object at any time to the use of your personal data. You can receive information about or obtain a copy of the personal data stored about you. Data can also be corrected, updated or delete. Please contact our data security administrator for any of these requests.
Let us know if you no longer wish to receive our emails and we will immediately delete your data from our E-Mail distribution list.

Cookies
If you visit our website we can deposit information on your computer. This happens in the form of files called “Cookies”. Cookies help us to arrange our website or product information to better corresponds with your interests or preferences.
