Consumption - Based IT Billing

AccountMan software is necessary today because standard SAP system functions do not provide the required differentiated and transparent functions for IT controlling. AccountMan provides these features, optimizes business processes and minimizes risk and IT costs all at the same time.
AccountMan produces a total summary of the current consumption of your IT: CPU seconds, data transfer and print volume on a daily and/or monthly basis. The system usage and performance data is collected centrally. It is then further evaluated and stored over a long-term basis and/or transferred to the controlling systems for use. In addition to the SAP accounting data from the system, non SAP data from Lotus Notes, Exchange, the Internet and Citrix can also be included.
AccountMan helps you identify, which user groups need the most resources and furthermore gives you detailed information about the respective costs.

AccountMan was programmed entirely in SAP ABAP code and can be installed as ABAP Add-On using the SAP NetWeaver platform. The software is available for all currently supported SAP releases and does not require any additional hardware or software.
